About Our Campuses

New England Culinary Institute has two campuses, one in our beautiful state capital of Montpelier and the other in scenic Essex, Vermont. Students have the unique opportunity to receive hands-on training in the free-standing restaurant, retail and non-commercial operations of our Montpelier campus, as well as the experience of a Four Diamond culinary resort and inn on our Essex campus.
