Admissions:
The admissions process begins with a personal interview with an Admissions Representative. During this interview, the Admissions Representative will evaluate the student's knowledge, motivation, experience and confidence level as it pertains to the foodservice and hospitality industry. If you live within the driving distance of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, we ask that you come to our campus for a tour. We require each candidate to furnish proof of high school graduation or a General Educational Development certificate (GED), or its equivalence. It is recommended, but not required, that applicants have a minimum of three to five months of food service / hospitality experience.

Pennsylvania Culinary Institute is committed to helping all of our students find realistic means to finance their education. Our friendly Tuition Planning staff is available to assist you through the entire financial aid application process. PCI offers tuition planning assistance to all students. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
